1. When is the big day?

We are excited to announce that our wedding will take place on October 11, 2025.

2. How many nights do we need to stay in the hotel?

A minimum of two nights is required to have access to the wedding. This can be in any of the three hotels in the resorts:

  • Minimum 3 night's stay

  • On the website, select the Travel Dates and apply our Promotional Code, in capitals, "GECT111025​"

3. How can I get to the hotel?

4. How can we book the hotel rooms?

Please make your reservation using the hotel's website.

The Reservation Number and your name will be linked to our wedding guest list to confirm your room.
If you need to book additional rooms, please make your reservation directly on the hotel’s website and provide us with your Booking Reference.

5. What can we do in Cozumel?

The Resort includes many activities and water sports as part of your stay that will make your dream tropical getaway. Access to different activities and areas of the hotels are dependent on which hotel you book.

6. Are there any visa requirements to travel to Mexico?

Please note that there are tourist visa requirements for guests arriving to Mexico from Brazil, India, Jordan, Turkey, Vietnam, and other countries. Please ensure, if you are required to have a visa, that you apply for it in advance to avoid any issues.

7. Is there a gift registry for the wedding?

We are overjoyed to invite you to our destination wedding and are thrilled at the thought of celebrating this special moment with you. We know that the travel and hotel costs are significant, and having you with us is the greatest gift we could ask for.

 

Therefore, we do not expect any gifts. Your presence is more than enough. However, if you still wish to gift us something, we have created a registry which you can find here.

8. When is the last date to confirm your presence?

We request that you please confirm your attendance by the 1st of August 2025. We look forward to celebrating with you!

We recommend booking your flights and accommodation at least 6 months in advance to take advantage of the best offers and more affordable flight options.

9. Do you have any recommendations for a longer stay in Cancun?

If you are planning to extend your stay in Cancun, here are some areas to stay recommended based on your preferences:

  • Family-friendly vacation and more relaxed resorts: Riviera Maya, Tulum, Costa Mujeres​

  • Party atmosphere and cheaper resorts: Cancun's Hotel Zone

 

You can enjoy a wide variety of activities in the beautiful Mexican Caribbean, including the Xcaret Park, Isla Mujeres, Hollbox, Chichen Itza, Coco Bongo. You can also swim in the stunning Cenotes.
